Luer Adapters

Many times it is convenient to use standard luer needles or accessories with our laboratory grade gas/liquid syringes. For these applications we are happy to supply both male and female luer adapters.

The male luer adapter (part number 185320, $28.00) is made of Kel-F with a steel locking ring. It screws onto the threaded tip of a removable needle syringe in the place of any needle. The Kel-F is the only wetted material so that maximum chemical and biocompatibility is maintained. The locking ring allows locking luer needles to be securely fastened.

The female luer adapter( part number 185321, $28.00) is made entirely of tefzel. It also screws onto the threaded tip of a removable needle syringe in place of any needle. It has a female locking luer on the other end to mate with a syringe or similarly ported device.
